This diorama features a die cast model a 1930 Fendt Dieselross vintage tractor with plough.
A highly collectable model from Schuco includes it's own presentation case.
Hermann Fendt built the first 'dieselross' (diesel horse) from old parts in his father's shop in 1928. In 1930 Fendt introduced the Dieselross tractor to the European market, intended to help middle sized replace horse power with mechanised machinery, and went on to produce their 1000th Dieselross in 1938.
