John Deere tractors, combines and farm accessories

John Deere, a black smith from Vermont, fashioned the first self-scouring steel plough in 1837 to help pioneers farm the fertile Midwest. Deere and Company was formed and continued to produce a range farm implements.
In 1918 they purchased the Waterloo Engine Company and became John Deere Tractor Company, and continue to produce a wide range of agricultural machinery today under the John Deere marque today.
